The ladies are always so nice but lately their online ordering is off pretty much all day every day. Pretty frustrating to not be able to order ahead. I've been going to the flint location or tim hortons instead. When the onlines are on 10/10 but with no order ahead it's not worth the visit.

Was in line today for twelve minutes when I get to 7 cars before the speaker a Starbucks employee is standing there handing out a card. As I get up to her she says we closed at 3 it was 2:57. Received no card.Drove 30 minutes for nothing.
