Friendly service and I got what I expected. Not particularly remarkable in any way but no bad experiences, either. This location is not particularly fast but even though it has a pretty steady traffic, you never have to wait too long for your order.
I have come here before and I love the location and speedy service. I did not like the service I got at the cash register. I was reading off the online menu of what I wanted and she said no your wording is incorrect I would know. Then I wanted to use my own cup and she refused and said no we are not cleaning that and I responded with no I brought this from home and cleaned it. She made the biggest sigh of frustration I have ever seen and paused then said just give it to me already and told the other barista, here take this she wants her own cup I guess and it's apparently clean. I thought that was so unbelievably rude and I am a manager at a food establishment and I would never speak like this infront of a guest.
This Starbucks is always bustling but the staff remains friendly and knowledgeable. Mobile ordering ahead is the way to go, in my opinion. Parking is somewhat limited for the customer traffic FYI.Food: 5/5
Very poor customer service. Didn't listen to what I wanted and talked poorly about what I had requested behind the counter while making my drink. Very unimpressed.
It’s nice place to have a meeting with a friend and get things done. Only one thing not enough seats.
I made a mobile order ahead of time in the morning for my drink. It was ready when I got there as recommended by the mobile app. Parking: Not too many available parking spaces.
Pumpkin Latte before pumpkin season is over...staff is not at all engaging when you do a mobile order. Even if they are standing in front of you when you pick up your mobile order.
This location is very modern to them other Starbucks but they have some things to work on. I went around 11:00am and it was busy. I waited for my grande iced white mocha and i never got it after 25 mins of waiting : didn’t say anything because it was very busy, but it should never take as long for one item.
