Typically the service is spot on. I watched two different customers storm out due to what seemed long ticket times. I placed my order at 9:30 online and received the final drink at 10:10. The lady with the reddish tint hair working the inside bar is not a Ace in the place. She shouldn't be working the bar during a rush with 30 drink times. The shift supervisor needed to step in and help, not take a break.
A convenient and fairly spacious Starbucks location. They have a drive-thru which is usually busy along with some outdoor seating. The inside of the store is a long rectangle with seating here and there. They have a large communal table and drinks are ordered in the back of the store.
Drink was great but was so busy line was out to the road and inside people didn't know where to stand and I got yelled at by another customer. Not a great experience.Food: 5/5
They messed up our order and blamed it on us. Waited in the drive thur for 15 minutes and was told our mobile order was not in yet. Ten minutes after it was to be ready. Then when I try to call to talk to someone the line is always busy. Convenient.
We are a drive thru family. While the line can be long it is not a very long wait. Staff is friendly. Always a smile.Food: 5/5
I dislike Starbucks in general, but the service was decent, and I'd imagine a good place to study if you don't mind a bustling atmosphereFood: 2/5
Very bad policy. It was only drive thru where many passing customers may need to use washroom while ordering food and do not know it is only drive thru.!Food: 4/5
I guess I should have expected utter incompetence from a staff still fully masked up in March 2023. Multiple lessons learned.
Employee needs to be nicer. Plus it would be nice that they can stock up on big straws
Parking lot is difficult to navigate. Service and beverages are great, but food offerings are limited.Food: 3/5
