We were at a women's meeting and stopped on our way through. Their coffee is normally too strong for me, but I got a frappe and it was great.

Ordered my drinks with extra Carmel drizzle and added Splenda. As you can see in my photo my drinks had neither. Order your drinks from the Kroger up the road everytime I order here and order extra drizzle and pay for the extra drizzle they never add it and honestly it's not right and Emily is the girl who made my drinks and I said something and she says well I added it on the top... And refused to remake my drinks and then when I said something about her not adding the Splenda she said here's some Splenda and stir sticks. It's not okay to order $6 drinks and have them be made wrong.
Don’t get me wrong, Starbucks is my go to coffee. it’s amazing. but these new paper straws may be good for the environment . but i couldn’t even finish my drink bc it got soggy and feel apart. so i’m giving this Starbucks a 2 star.
This is the first standalone Starbucks in Mount Vernon. The inside has a clean and modern aesthetic that you would expect. There is a large area with tables of you want to enjoy your coffee with a friend. The staff was very friendly. They also have a drive thru.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
I’ve yet to have a bad experience at this location. Staff is always so friendly and for how busy they typically are, they get my order out to me pretty quickly. Wish they gave me an option to tip when I pay with card at the drive thru!
This place is great with getting your drinks right and extra understanding and helpful if not! Christina made sure my experience was great when I ordered my drink wrong! Definitely my favorite place
Excellent- a barista comped my entire order for a slice of my Little Caesars pizza in the drive thru they helped me & I helped them. 10/10 would recommend
