Starbucks is inside the Safeway grocery store. One cannot navigate the entire store without passing Starbucks. I am an exceedingly infrequent customer. On the only occasion that I interacted with staff, they were attentive, courteous, friendly and helpful
Inside the Safeway. Can be slow with one server so allow extra 10 minutes! Ah the joy of a small town growing bigger. Update: much faster service but it's busy!!
My son likes the drinks. The baristas could be more kid friendly in the way of asking how much they have to be a little more informative as to what they can get and asking certain questions to make a better suggestion to get. But otherwise they are awesome
This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The girl at the counter is always incredibly rude and has a a nasty attitude. No customer service skills whatsoever. I had to ask her to honor a promotion that was on a sign taped to the register. She didn’t know what I was talking about even though it was several days into the promotion, read the sign herself, and then said she’d only honor the promotion if it rang up that way on the register. What a farce.
Just went in for a coffee. I'm not satisfied the two that made the order didn't pay attention to the order at all. And the coffee was horrible. Disappointed because I have had great coffee here before. Won't be going back to the safeway starbucks anymore.
If there was a way to leave "0" stars I would. This is the only Starbucks that I've been to where not a single barista knows what a cold foam cold brew is. And when asked to get it remade they give you attitude. And I think I issue is lack of training from management. If it's a drink that isn't usually ordered don't order it. Stick to regular lattes and fraps here and even then there's a good chance it'll be made wrong. Also why is this the ONLY Starbucks where some baristas say I need to pay for a water cup?
