Rude staff. Watched an employee named George belittle a kid because he didn't read one of the 18,000 signs currently in the store. Retailers need to learn, signs are not a good form of communication. Alter the approach, don't take it out on the customer... George is the grinch

Great service and friendly employees.
If I'm meeting friends in town for a quick visit, I choose Starbucks. Its neat design and spacious setting is a perfect place to catch up with friends. This is also the location of visitor's center. Enjoy traditional Starbucks fare while you plan your trip.

Cute facility, but BY FAR the worst salted caramel sweet cream coldbrew I've ever had at any Starbucks...so disappointing.

So you’re open during COVID and willing to take my money but I can’t use your restroom? Pretty sure eating and drinking establishments are required by law to have a restroom. If it’s too dangerous to open your restroom, then it’s too dangerous to let patrons inside and it’s certainly too dangerous to take anyone’s money.
Amazing place. This George guy was very friendly and fun to talk to. Great zipper of espresso. Will be back next time when I am in Sun Valley.
