I work in the facility near this Starbucks and driving by there's always a line two ways which cause car accidents and traffic I will leave a message for the corporate office to do something for this place oh and on a good hand medicine ball best tea :-
My drink was not mixed enough and also only 2/3 full. This is a picture I took once I was parked. Hadn't taken a sip yet.

I have been to this Starbucks twice. The first time, I received a completely different drink from what I ordered. The second time I waited in the drive thru line for well over twenty minutes, and drove off with a lukewarm at best cup of coffee!! I will not be going back to this Starbucks until I am desperate, if ever.
Delicious coffee, fairly priced and their Spinach and feta cheese wrap is so awesome and filling:
Extremely slow service. Went inside, only 3 people waiting, with 4 people working it took over 15mins. They do not know how to manage the flow of orders. Drinks half started and left sitting around. I wouldn't have minded if they seemed to care or have a little hussle. zero effort.
