THE best Starbucks in the world and 100% of the reason for this is its staff! There’s is not one time I’ve gone there and haven’t come out laughing or smiling more than when I walked in! And I’m talking even drive through
Everytime I go there, there is a huge line up and the baristas are just chatting and hanging instead of working faster :/ When they serve you they are friendly though, but I think they could be more efficient.
Staff rude and arrogant!! One of the worst starbucks, always mistakes in my orders too.. i’d rather go farther to the one at st-hubert on cousineau it’s way better
Awesome service, awesome people, awesome smiles with the eyes the food, the drinks, are always on point great job Starbucks team!!
It took 30 mins to get two drinks with two cars in front of us. The staff members were very curt and only one was working while the others were complaining about their work schedules. The car in front of us paid for their drinks and gave up before they got them, to give an example of how ridiculous the wait was. Do not recommend.
