Came here on a Sunday afternoon to get some work done for school. I wasn’t sure if it was a student friendly place. So here is my review: The music is a little loud, I’ve managed to get myself a little place in the corner with an outlet for my electronics. I wish there were more sitting space available. I’m next to the bathroom, so a little busy here and there, which is normal. I chose this area because of the corner and it’s a little more private. However, I must say that the washroom isn’t clean, a worker came to do a cleanup after almost 2 hours I was here, there was garbage all over the floor. Overall cleaning is okay, I’d have to add that the chandeliers have alot of dusts, they would need some love. Also, talking about cleaning, there wasn’t paper towel and spray available to wipe down my table nor chair. I find that in these covid times, it is crucial to have access to cleaning products when needed. Customer service: Staff is nice, have good recommendations, friendly, didn’t experience any errors in my orders unlike other reviews I’ve read on here. Fyi, baristas talk louder than the music in the shop. I have AirPods pro with noise canceling and can here everything… but then again it’s normal. Just a heads up if you were looking for something quiet. Area: Probably because of the pandemic, but there isn’t much space to sit. I have 2 people come up to me to use the extra chair that was at my table. I feel bad for people coming in and want to sit, is it so pack!!! Overall, it is student friendly, but good luck in finding a place to sit, not so many unfortunately.
Hello ! So i’m already not the #1 fan of Starbucks but this location made it a lot harder to like it. The first reason is the washroom as you could see in the picture, not at all acceptable for ‘Starbucks’. Second is the fact that when you usually order in they shouldn’t cover the cup so the whipped cream stays on top ours as anyone could tell had a lid on it and made it look like this. Also they took out all of the tables and chairs which made sitting very very hard.
Staff is nice, orders are always on point. However, music is way way too loud. I left with a massive headache. It was hard to get some work done or even talk to friends without raising our voices. Bathrooms are smelly and not clean whatsoever. Overflowing garbage bins
Similar to my other reviews regarding Starbucks in Canada, this is probably one of the worst ones yet. The service is very poor - speed to coffee is very bad, and takes 20-30 minutes on average in the morning. It would appear they manage one customer per 5-6 minutes. They’ve recently closed in the interior with no explanation other then management told us to close it. The line is terrible with cars and backs into the Provigo parking lot creating a catastrophic scenario where you are playing chicken with your car and life. Avoid this Starbucks and close all of them in Canada. They are fundamentally destroying the brand. *update* - now confirmed to be the slowest, most disorganized Starbucks on the planet. There is more staff here then Buckingham Palace, yet the staff cannot efficiently deliver anything in any sort of speed. In addition to being the slowest Starbucks on the planet, it’s almost the dirtiest one I’ve seen so far. They should probably tear this down and put in a Benihana instead so at least people can enjoy their experience. *second update* - this is officially the worst location in the universe. The slowest service ever. It takes inside about 25 minutes from order to drink. This is the least efficient store. Corporate Starbucks - CLOSE THIS LOCATION!
This is the second time I was waiting for almost 25mnt in drive-thru just to be told that the machine for cards do not work. People’s time is not a joke. There is no sign to inform people before taking the line. The woman on the speaker said; we are not allowed we prefer to talk to you guys in person. 0 respect to clients
I had a great experience here the cashier was super friendly and sweet, he had great costumer service. The coffees and frap came out great!
Super busy like any other Starbucks but atleast they had outdoor seating. Forget about seating inside, they limited spots and they removed a lot of tables, couches and chairs. Apart from that drinks taste exactly the same like other locations. Service was average but again they're always busy. Avoid drive thru
They never have anything in stock. I’ve tried ordering grilled cheese twice two different times, two weeks apart and they didn’t have. i also burnt my whole tongue because i ordered a kids temperature drink. i was wrong.
Great staff. I always take the drive through and they are very quick and professional never had an issue. They also.sometimez provide free coffee drinks.
The place is noisy, the parking sucks, tried ordering in English was baffled by responses in French. Clients parked in handicap spots when they clearly aren't clearly mentally. + drive through was closed in the morning, what gives.
