Jeff and his crew, Erik and Javier did 2 jobs for us. The first was to replace our bathtub, shower and shower enclosure, and the second was to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. We did have a problem with the shower faucet, which took 3 times before we were satisfied. But they returned and didn't stop until we were happy. Throughout all of the installations, Jeff and his workers did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant. And when they were finished, everything was cleaned up better than when they started. I would highly recommend using Star Rooter for any plumbing project. We will.
Jeff and his assistant showed up at precisely the time they’d promised and got to work right away. I had a plugged drain line under my basement floor, and they made short work of clearing it. Friendly, professional, and reasonably-priced. I hope I never have a blockage this bad again, but if I do, these are the guys I’ll call. Excellent.
Jeff and his crew replaced my collapsed sewer line today and they were so efficient, professional, and reasonable. I am so glad that I chose them and will recommend and use them.in the future.
