Worst experience I’ve ever had. They shrunk 3 sweaters and 2 pairs of pants of mine and refused to take responsibility. The owner somehow blamed me for there negligence and suggested I contact Nike about the issues with the fabric as the reason the sweaters shrunk. I told her that one of the sweaters was made by a completely different brand and she told me that she couldn’t do anything. Rude, poor customer service. Thief’s, I will be taking them to small claims court for ruining over 1000 dollars worth of clothing. Don’t bother with these thief’s they will steal your money!!!Service: Laundry wash & fold
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you care about your clothes do NOT bring them here. Not only did they shrink over 7 expensive special clothing items you bring your clothes to a dry cleaners so they don’t shrink they won’t do anything about this, and are not ignoring me. Absolutely the worst experience ever .Service: Laundry wash & fold
Worst dry cleaners in Ontario! Don’y take your cloths here, they will destroy your clothing and won’t take responsibility! Save your money and go elsewhere!
