Today was the second time I've taken my SUV to them to have it cleaned. I am Very impressed with the service that the cleaning crew did and how they all work as a team. The first time I brought it in, I asked if they could please pay special attention, to the inside windows, as I have a dog, and had a lot of nose prints on them, no problem. Today, I did ask if they could do something more with the front floor mats, and they jumped right into it and took care of it. I'm "Old School", and I rarely give any business, a 5 star rating, but these young guys really deserve it. They are also very polite and courteous, which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks again

Paid $28 with a $5 dollar tip because I had confidence my car was going to be well done. Well, it wasn't done well in the slightest. Instantly noticed there was garbage left on my dash when I got on the road. When I pay for a detail I expect my car to be spotless when it's finished. The space between my seats wasn't even touched in the slightest. My doors and dash didn't even looked like they were touched with a rag. If I knew my service was going to be this bad I would have just paid the $28 dollars and did the job myself. Go somewhere else and don't waste your money.

This place is terrible for both the customer and the employees. First off the price is ridiculous. For a wash with full interior ( meaning we would wipe the windows and dashboard and vacuum the floors and sometimes the seats) it costs over $30! Also, whenever I would work we were always short at least 1 but usually 2 people. This means we would have to work much harder to achieve the same results and it means the managers can’t sit around all day like normal. Since the managers had to actually work, they would get irritable and would let cars go through that were very obviously still dirty. Usually this had to do with the interior and they would onky do the parts you see when you’re barely glancing at the interior. Between the seats, on top of the seats, under the seats, all of it would go untouched. And the regular workers wouldn’t do it because the managers said we had to rush to get the cars through. Also most of the time, if s customer payed for something extra like express shine or rainx or wax, they wouldn’t get it. This place is rips off the customers and has a bad working environment. Also when I worked there we rarely got breaks so by hour 7 everyone was tired and ready to go so quality took another hit.

so had my fiance's truck in for a detail, which was a gift for him. originally when truck was done, it was not done up to par, not for what we paid for. Lane, who does the detailing, spoke with him directly, apologized and had him bring it back and fixed some of the areas that were missed. will say he did an amazing job, and the truck looks amazing and my fiance is very happy. also had some customer service issues with a couple of the girls. Dale, one of the owners, called me and asked for my side of the story, he apologized and reassured me it would be handled. I trust his word and will be back again. they clearly strive on excellence and on making the customer happy. so if for some reason you are not, make sure they know about it.

Too bad this place isn't closer to home for me. I had a white German shepherd, and didn't even know they were going to vacuum. It was a pleasant surprise when I came back to a fur-free vehicle. They have military discounts, ladies get discounts on Tuesdays, etc. Check out their website and wide package varieties.
