I was ignored for a long time, and when someone finally approached me, they seemed put off and uninterested. Despite having a $200 gift card, I was met with resistance and excuses. I had to find the laptop myself, and then waited 10 minutes for someone to ring me up. When I asked the employee to bill me, they claimed it would take too long and told me to come back the next day. Unbelievable! The lack of customer service and professionalism is staggering. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
