I had a great experience at the Staples Stavanger Drive location thanks to Mohamaad .The Kelsey Drive location is much closer to my house, but I still prefer coming to Stavanger Drive because of the excellent and professional service he provides every time.nnMohamaad is always friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and respected. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out. I highly recommend this location because of the outstanding service .
I had a very disappointing experience at this Staples location while trying to purchase a laptop.nI wanted to pay using my Staples card, but the manager insisted that I had to pay a fee. I was confident that wasn't correct because I had already read the card's terms and conditions before coming to the store. I even showed the manager the information proving that no such fee applied, and it turned out I was right.nDespite being mistaken, neither the manager nor the staff apologized for giving me incorrect information. Instead, they continued to be rude and unwelcoming throughout the interaction.nThe manager with the glasses was unprofessional, poorly informed about the store's own financing policies, and showed very poor customer service. Customers deserve accurate information and respectful treatment, especially when making a significant purchase like a laptop.nBased on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this location
Disappointing experience from start to finish. It took over six days to get a print done, and the staff's attitude was terrible. They refused to print my full order despite it being paid for, using confusing excuses about quantities and sizes. No accountability, no solutions, and zero customer service skills. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
Whenever I’m here and there’s more than two customers you’re guaranteed to have a long wait to be served. There’s never more than 2 people working here and one of them is always tied up at something else. More employees definitely needed!!
Worst service ever at printing station. Not worth it. Personnel would have been good - but poor things are not even trained for helping with certain matters. Absolutely not recommend
