I had a very unpleasant experience at the Staples. An employee refused to provide printing service without any valid reason. This happened about 30 minutes before the store closed.nnAll other printing machines supposedly weren’t working, but instead of trying to help or offer a solution, I was told:n“I’d rather have a coffee than print for you.”nnSuch treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and does not meet the service standards of a large company. If the store is still open and the service is listed as available, customers should not face rudeness and unwillingness to do their job.nnI am very disappointed and hope management will pay attention to the staff’s behavior.
The staff at Staples were amazing — one of the guys there noticed I looked worried while lining up, and he kindly helped me print my itinerary right away so I could make it back to Service Canada in time, though i didn’t make it but Huge shoutout to him! I appreciate your kindness.
Severely understaffed. I counted 4 people working in the store in total. Several customers have to just wait for a person to be freed up and hope they're spotted next.nnStores need to stop running skeleton crews just to save the extra dime.
Picked up a online print. Was grilled for my birthday by the employee. The Manager here is a trainwreck of childish nonsense. Refused to fix the order problem. Spoke over me constantly and then turned into a crybaby when I raised my voice just to get heard. Calling the 1-866 number was 9 calls just to finally get someone who didn't try to grill me for private info. Allegedly fixing the problem but I'd avoid this location. The manager is the most childish unprofessional human being I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Get your printing done anywhere else.
Living in 19th century store. For same day print and pick up stuff told me it will take 2 days and it looks like they just don’t want to do it.
