I am very displeased with Staples service. I made an appointment yesterday. They said they would be out between 2 and 4 today. They called at 1:30 to say they weren't coming because of the rain and that they could reschedule me for the 31st. Today is the 23rd. It hasn't rained for at least an hour. I told them I would go else where. They will never get my business or anyone that I know with customer service, or lack of, like this. There are many other companies that have much better customer service. So much for trying to help the local businesses out...

We used Staples Plumbing to put in a new water treatment system, and it turned out our hot water tank also had to be replaced. I checked them out with the BBB and they have a A+ rating, so we went ahead. They gave us a price before doing any work. They did a really good job and showed me how everything worked in case we wanted to adjust the settings for when the water softener went thru its cycle. They cleaned up real nice when they were done. Left the basement cleaner than it was when they got here. They also followed up a couple days later to make sure we didn't have any problems. Everyone was so nice especially the office lady who scheduled our appointment because we didn't have any hot water. And the final bill was exactly what they said. I was afraid they would be extra charges, but there wasn't. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They were wonderful.

I would never use this company again,I hired them to replace the plumbing in my basement floor and attach it to the city sewer and city water as I was told I had well and septic. not only did they not do the things I asked such as where to put my toilet, which is now almost a foot from the wall or the placement of my sink... which they forgot to put in, but they intentionally broke out my basement window " to get air" and did not replace it or even attempt to repair. they dug my yard up beyond belief looking for pipes instead of using the camera they tried to charge me for to locate. They charged me $15,000.00 by the time it was over. I never had any moisture in my basement and now my basement floods every time it rains, ... and I live on a hill. they told me it would cost extra because my cement was 16 inches thick but it was only 3-4 inches thick. they told me they found my septic tank 50 feet from my house yet dug right next to it. obviously cant measure. and oh by the way I didn't have a septic tank I was already hooked to the sewer. the worst thing is the way they treated me when I asked them to fix the problem they created they want more money, my basement never got wet, now every time it rains I get water coming up through the drains and every crack and crevis of my basement. I could go on but I think you get the point. do your self the favor and hire anyone else.
