Took my laptop in to have the battery changed. By the time they finished my laptop was totally destroyed. They refused me any compensation and they even refused to refund the money I had paid for the battery, Never take your laptop here for any sort of repair work, even the most basic.

This store is the cleanest Staples location that I have ever witnessed. The staff here are friendly and professional and I’ll definitely be back.
