Excellent staff at this location. I came for static cling label sheets and did not see them where they were during prior visits, looked online and was excited to see that they were on clearance. After scouring the end caps and clearance bins I was helped by Payton and Sam. Sam located the product stored in boxes on the upper racks, and Payton informed me about a current promo that would reduce my mobile phone bill.nnI always have a great experience here, when I want to be left alone to browse the staff are respectful and not pushy, and when I look lost and need a hand the staff are approachable and helpful.

I’ve stopped in twice in the last few weeks for pictures and mailing off some parcels. Aiden has helped me both times and he’s always lovely to deal with and super efficient. I really appreciate the good service and friendly staff.

I think the tall lady of the printing shop is very rude. I didn’t know self serve centre cannot print A3 size and asked whether they can help me to print just a few as I need the printing to be done urgently, but the tall lady came and said something very rudely without any eye contact while the other lady was helping me. She is so not respectful to me and her coworker.

I ordered a large print, near 300 pages, but somewhere the margins were cut off so the header, page number, and end of most lines were missing. Thankfully the staff reprinted this large document for me, error free and without additional charge! Every interaction I had with staff, a new member everytime, was very appreciated, wish to extend special appreciation to the lady who had a sole shift to get this printed, binded and ready for the me, same day and before Im due to leave town.

Literally spent 30 mins in here waiting to talk to someone about buying a laptop. Store was not even busy but not one person working the floor. Asked someone and they said they would get someone as soon as they could, waited another 10 mins and nothing. Pretty hard to shop local when they don’t wanna sell you anything. Guess I’m off to Shawnessy and see if they would like to sell any computers today
