I had some photos printed here and some didn’t turn out quite right cropping was odd and tbey were the wrong size and I didn’t receive 3 of them. I called the store and Ryan was so helpful. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and generally great at his job. His customer service was excellent, and he worked quickly to resolve my issue and ensure that I was completely satisfyed Ryan was also so apologetic even though it was not his fault at all. Please give this guy a promotion or a raise because truly, he was one of the best, if not the best employee I have ever spoke to at staples. Ryan, if you see this, thank you again for all your help, my prints look fabulous thanks to you!
Terrible website interface. High price. Unusable print quality.nWe ordered a poster, business cards, and fliers for pick-up. Staples website made us use Canva which was slow and frustrating to use. Poster was printed on very fragile paper that had ugly creases and bends. Business cards printed smaller than specified with unreadable resolution. We paid extra for glossy fliers that printed smaller than specified with the blurriest print quality. It would have been better if I had printed things at home.nTotally unacceptable for a pricey professional service.
I went in for a print job and I had a phenomenal experience. The print quality is great, but most importantly, the customer service was so good! Ryan was very helpful over the phone, and the sales associates at Staples are all very friendly and enthusiastic. They printed my document so much quicker than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend the print team at this specific Staples location! Thanks a bunch!
Super unorganized store. Hard to find staff and the printer isn’t in the isle labeled paper. Nice! Might I add the prices are outrageous and the store doesn’t even have good quality items!
I had a great experience at this store yesterday. In particular, I would like to point out Abed's customer service which was excellent. He definitely went above and beyond to help me with the many questions that I had.nnI also thought that the customer service at the Copy and Print Centre was great. There was one particular employee who you could tell really cared about the customers that she helped. I may update this review in the future if I find out this particular employee's name.nnThe store is lucky to have these two particular employees.
