Excellent service! I dealt with Neil today and the customer service that I received was above and beyond what I expected. His product knowledge of what the store carries was very good. He took the time to take me where the product was kept in the store. He checked the system for additional quantaties. Most would say that, that is what is expected from employee's and are trained as such. However, this does not always happen. Thank you Neil for your help!

Very clean and friendly staff always willing to help when you need it. My only issue would be the price at Staples for some products is quite High, understanding that that is Staples in general and not necessarily the store itself. Very clean and well-organized.

I purchased a computer for my son. It had to be returned and replaced. This one then crashed also. It was returned and we were told that it would be immediately shipped out for service.At first they said we had to call asus for a claim number which we did and were told that we did not need a claim number. When we told the employee upon our return he magically accepted it. It sat there for a week and we we only notified once it had been received by asus. My son called numerous times only to be given different stories each time as to what was going on with the unit. The staff and manager were rude each time we spoke to them. I contacted head office and again the delays getting back to us were unacceptable and they would do absolutely nothing. I will not be doing any further business with Staples. What I thought would be better service than the big box stores turned into a nightmare. Customer service in Staples view is "Fend for yourself" Greg

Excellent service in Keswick! The Newmarket Staples is only minutes away from my house, however I will go to Keswick because their customer service is incredible! The long drive is worth it.
