Ordered 5 sheets of paper using Staples’ same-day printing service and was told it would be ready that day. By the end of the day, the order still wasn’t completed.nnWhat made the experience more frustrating was seeing employees standing around and being told they couldn’t complete the order, despite not appearing to be actively working on other print jobs at the time. For such a small 5-page order, I expected much better service and communication.nnIf same-day printing is advertised, customers should be able to rely on it. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.
Udayveer made my visit today Fantastic! I came in to Staples to fax a divorce document. But I left Staples with so much more! My fax was done easy peasy, I found a water bottle I had been searching YEARS for, and when Udayveer rang me through his register, he told me the bottle was on clearance so I went back and got two and still paid less than the sticker price for one! Wow Staples, wow. Great job team!!! Udayveer you made this trip to Staples so HAPPY!!
I should have asked her name, but I didn't expect to be writing this. The young lady I'm talking about is a southpaw and I believe she is the manager of the shipping and printing center and if she isn't she ought to be!. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by her a couple of times and she is always friendly, helpful and personable.
I had a great experience at Staples on Gateway Boulevard today! Chirag, Sandeep and the manager Jaz helped me upgrade my iPhone and they saved me hundreds of dollars. They were professional, knowledgeable and provided truly outstanding customer service. I was impressed! I highly recommend them if you need a new phone.
