Poor customer service, had one person on cash who refused to page anyone else for help. Had 4 people working in the printing area. Came to pick up an item after two staples said this location has it. It took 30 minutes for a person to even come talk to us. Then took them 15 minutes to figure out where the item is.nnThe person who was on cash 3 was carefree and didn’t care to even acknowledge.nnAlan was the person who finally assisted us. He was emptying garbage and mopping yet he was quick to come assist.nnBetter training and customer service is required. Many people are hungry for jobs but the hires companies are making lately are pathetic. Maybe HR should be reevaluated regarding the hires and training for customer service should be more focused.
I had great experience at Staples recently. The store offers a wide selection of office supplies, electronics, and a furniture at competitive prices, with frequent promotions adding extra value. Their printing services are also excellent, proving high- quality prints at a nominal cost. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, making my visit smooth and efficient. Overall, Staples is a reliable choice for both office supplies and printing needs.
I would like to give a big shout out to Marisol who works in the print department. A month ago, I was in desperate need of a print job for my wedding. I had called the store ahead of time to confirm what was needed to get the job done the same day, and Marisol took the time to answer my specific queries. Following that, she was live on the phone with me to confirm they had received my document via email, and made sure the text and orientation of the document was correct, as it was a booklet. My sister went to the store on my behalf and met with Marisol who completed the print right then and there. I was so grateful to Marisol and her excellent customer service to ensure mass print job was done correctly, and on time.

There was a worker there by the name of Thomas. He offerd us the insurance for a $400. Ergonomic chair we purchased, because we declined he started giving us attitude and because we declined he ran outside and said do you need help with the cart because we need it back. He treated us as though we were stealing the cart. Horrible customer service *Thomas * Everyone else was nice.
