I’ve visited this Staples location multiple times, including when Lisa was the manager, and each time I've been impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They consistently go out of their way to ensure customers are helped and satisfied. You can tell there’s a strong emphasis on customer service here. I genuinely feel like Staples is aware of the competitive disadvantages they may face compared to stores like Best Buy—especially in terms of product range or tech variety—but this branch more than makes up for it through outstanding service. It's clear that the team here takes pride in supporting customers, and that makes a big difference. I always leave feeling respected and taken care of.
I was in the Thunder Bay Staples and needed to use the online notary services. I was helped by an Associate by the name of Vrajesh. He was helpful, attentive and courteous in helping an old guy such as I am with the technology at hand. Stands out with his customer service skills!
Had an excellent experience at Staples Photo Centre! Vrijesh was professional, patient, and guided me through every step. Outstanding service!
The lady who helped us was super sweet. Found exactly what we needed and they now have different skin shades in crayons! So inclusive! They have an amazing selection of notebooks and now office chairs. The sale area is at the very back and had some good finds too!nOh and you can use air miles now too!!
Dropped off a next day prepaid FedEx package here and it didn’t get picked up and now I had to upgrade shipping and pay $200 to get my package where it was supposed to be and neither Staples nor FedEx will help given neither of them will claim responsibility, Staples should have confirmed all packages where picked up that day and FedEx shouldn’t have left without picking up all packages ESPECIALLY from the express cabinet. Next time I will not waste my time with Staples and drive the extra distance to the airport. Very disappointed in both companies
