Last time I went to Staples over a yr ago it was a horrible experience because no one seemed to understand English. Therefore, I was dreading going back today to use the fax machine but it was a much different experience. The staff not only had good English, but they were able to help me, they were also very friendly and knowledgeable, so the whole experience was quick and pleasant. Great customer service today!
I did an online order for prints and there were some issues with how it was coming out due to the file I was uploading.nnEvelyn went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and was so extremely kind in the process. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, patient, and worked up until close to resolve the issue. Huge shout out to her for the amazing customer service!
Wow I hope the managers at this place are giving nabil some great recognition. Now a days employees can’t bother to even say hello or help, I find myself constantly writing one star reviews however one guy Nabil saw me looking lost and stopped restocking the shelves to ask me if I needed help. Not only did he offer to help me he walked me to the isle I needed to go to for a duotang. After he finished helping me he goes to ask another lady if she needs help and than went back to stocking the shelves.nnI hope this employee get acknowledged about his great attitude and customer service.
Dealt with Alohan not sure with spelling from the phone dept and he truly blew me away with his customer service attitude. He helped me check if item was in stock, pricing and the part that blew me away was he went above and beyond to help me find out the discrepancy in the phone pricing. He discussed the issue with his team and sure did kept to his word and called me back on his findings. At the end of the day, his friendly attitude and willing to help, just made my day.
Self serve printing computers area needs attention. I often used this service to print, it was my 3rd time on this same PC this year and no staff member ever cared to clean the dust sitting on the back for months if not years.
