Today August 20th, I had an outstanding experience at the Staples Copy Center.nnVery special thanks to Saeed. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Saeed’s attention to detail, patience, and willingness to ensure everything was done perfectly made my visit exceptional. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer care, and I truly appreciate his efforts. If you're looking for top-notch service, Saeed at Staples is the person to see!
Trash. They wouldn’t take any Amazon return because they run out of labels and packages. Staples need to establish a system which provides the status. If you are accepting Amazon returns when customers don’t have to print any labels and package the items, YOU NEED TO HAVE EVERYTHING READY instead of asking customers to try their luck which store would be merciful and resourceful enough to take the packages.
Horrible!! There is an Indian guy that works in shipping he is very racist and should not be allowed to work in customer service… I stand in line waiting to be served and when it was my time he said his coworker would come over and serve me he then went over to a counter to stand and when another customer came in of a different colour than I am he came and served her before me without saying anything the customer was the one who said she was here first and he still didn’t budge his coworker had to wait for him to finish before I got serve. It’s 2024 this type of behavior is unacceptable. I was so taken back I forgot to take out my phone and video his racism because he needs to be highlighted.
Great experience buying a printer here. Aaron was helpful, knowledgeable, and effective at explaining the differences between printers and ink/toner required. A night and day difference between the customer service here and Canada Computers and Electronics. I also got to see what the printers look like and their functions out of box and on display, so I could see exactly what I'd be getting. I finally settled on a basic, compact HP printer print, scan, copy that was out of stock, but am happy with it. Aria if you're reading this, Aaron is a star, worthy of a raise/promotion, and should be recognized for his stellar customer service. I look forward to coming back to the store for all of my home office needs.
Very bad customer service. I got charged $ 2.99 by an employee name Kimia just to help me with scanning some documents I paid for scans speratly, but she didn't help me at all. It's a shame they charge customers for a simple question and not even helping you with that. When I asked customer service to return my money, they didn't care at all. What a shame and a modern way to scam people!!
