Waited in line for 20 minutes at the shipping counter before being acknowledged. Was then told that the UPS system was "down globally" and things were taking longer than expected, which is funny because the other 3 times I've been to this "Customer Service" nightmare I was told the same thing. The two women behind the counter seemed to be more interested in punching the clock than doing their jobs (read: going as slow as physically possible). If you were to put a DMV inside of a hospital waiting room, they would provide quicker, friendlier, more convenient service than Staples, an overpriced brick and mortar that should have already gone the way of many other retail locations. Absolutely zero redeeming qualities to this wretched location. If I had to venture a guess, the employees here more than likely also enjoy things such as not using their turn signals and stealing lunches out of the employee fridges. Could things be taking longer than expected because you were on your seemingly personal cell phone for longer than I was typing this review? Could things be moving slower than usual because you don't know how to operate a tape gun or where your copy paper is?

It's difficult to find things here. It's difficult to find an employee to help find things here. And when you do find an employee v to help, sometimes they can't find what you need.
