1 star. I visited the Staples on Pine Bush Road in Cambridge and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. He was rude and not friendly at all, and I didn't feel welcome or helped. Good customer service really matters, and this fell well short. I hope management follows up on this so other customers get a better experience.
I’ve been to the Staples on Pinebush in Cambridge countless times, and every visit has been a great experience. Whether I’m getting passport pictures taken, purchasing ink and toner cartridges for my printer, or returning Amazon packages, the staff here always go above and beyond to assist me.nnThe team is incredibly friendly, professional, and approachable, which makes the whole shopping experience so pleasant. The passport photo service is quick and reliable, and they ensure the photos meet all the necessary requirements. When it comes to finding the right ink or toner, the staff are knowledgeable and happy to help me locate exactly what I need, even when I’m unsure about the details.nnReturning Amazon packages is also a breeze here. They handle it efficiently, saving me so much time and effort. The store is always well-organized and clean, and I’ve never had to wait long, even during busier times.nnIt’s clear the staff at this Staples location take pride in providing excellent customer service, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend this store for its outstanding service, friendly team, and the convenience they offer across a wide range of products and services!
This place is not for passport photos.nI would say they really don,t have real professional photographers or they lack training.nnNothing against employees.nnCustomer service was excellent. Parveen did try her best, she was very patient and clicked our photo 3 times , but it did not work out unfortunately.nnWent to professional studio after, and photos were perfect, half the price spent 31$ for 2 digital photos , worked out for my immigration thing in very first shot.nnI wont recommend staples for photosnYou pay double the price - 60 bucks for 2 digital photos, and is not going to work out.
Very disappointing customer service. We waited 5–7 minutes for assistance, but the staff didn’t bother to help us, even when we were leaving. We had questions about a product but had to leave without answers. Expected much better from Staples.
Absolutely horrible experience. We came to get physical passport photos and were told by multiple staff members that it would cost a balance of $5 as we had already paid for the digital copy. We agreed and got them done, only to be told at checkout that it was around $65.nWhen we explained what we had been told, the manager Mike was incredibly rude and disrespectful, accusing us of trying to get an “exception” instead of taking responsibility for the fact that his own staff gave us the wrong information.nIf your employees are giving customers incorrect prices, maybe train them properly instead of blaming the customer. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend getting any passport services here.
