Overall I'm really happy with our experience. The communication was fast and our questions were answered, the electrician who came to our home was very nice and got the job done quickly and efficiently, and we are extremely happy with the results. Our new light fixture looks great!

Personable and knowledgeable staff! The receptionist, Jen, recognized a potential hazard I wasn't even aware of and sent someone out right away. Prompt and professional service from the electrician, Ryan, who diagnosed the problem immediately and restored power. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing problems in KW.

I had purchased a home that had knob and tube wiring in Kitchener in mid November. I only found out afterwards because my inspection person had missed it. I was stressed and called over 5 different electricians. Two physically came by to provide a quote but then never bothered to get back to me. The other three just stopped responding when I tried to schedule a time for them to come by to provide a quote. I finally called Stanson electric, and Jen directed me to their master electrician, Matt, who promptly scheduled a time to take a look and then actually called me back to provide a cost effective solution to bring the knob and tube up to code. They scheduled the work and showed up and completed the work. The work did take two days longer than they expected because of the unexpectedly poor wiring in the home but they did it right! The house passed the ESA inspection! Jen was always prompt and professional with her responses and addressing my concerns and so were Matt and John. I'm always going to go with these guys for any electrical I need done in the Kitchener area. Thank you!
