The men called before they came; they reviewed the house, added some items I forgot ( at my request), got right down to work, and worked quickly and thoroughly. I did not have to move anything (other than objects I wished to move). They were able to bring my older carpets back to life - Amazing! Considering how much they had to do, their time was very short. I also loved the ease of scheduling the cleaning. I will be asking them back to do my tiles . I was very pleased.

I was not going to post a review but I keep receiving emails from them asking for review. So here we go. I ordered the hardwood floor cleaning after watching their video online, looks very professional and efficient. However, I was very disappointed. The guys came fifteen minutes late than their time window(12-3), that’s fine. They started at 3:20pm, I went to gym since I though it would take at least one hour. They called me at 3:40pm said it’s done. Seriously, they spend 20 minutes on 1500 sf! When I got there, they were sitting in their car, waiting for me to sign. Excuse me, you want me to sign before I check the result? The picture shows the result, I don’t need to say more. There’s no difference before and after, I don’t know what they did. I wasn’t gonna pay but it was 10 degree that day, I didn’t want to argue about it. Save your money for better services!

Called at 6 pm hoping to set up carpet cleaning service and was able to book service for the following morning. Two very friendly professional guys came out and cleaned and deodorized my carpets. They did a couple demos on my wood and tile floors to show me other services they offer. It was a little more pricey than some other companies but it was worth it for the last minute service right before Christmas. Overall very pleased with the service.

Great experience from the phone call, when I had to cancel with no problem when I had to reschedule everything went smoothly. The guys werw friendly and informative and did a great job. We will be getting same service again soon and recommending to our friends and family. Our neighbors grab them right when I left our house.

Two nice younge men came to clean my carpet last week. Weren't here long, asked if I had any special requests for the cleaning. Which I did, i had some stains that needed extra attention. They didn't even put any cleaner on stains and they didn't scrub the stain with any kind of brush. Carpet still looks dirty and stained, no different looking than before they came. I will not be using them again.
