Stampede Appliance

We contacted Stampede Appliances for the drier repair. The appointment was easily scheduled by two emails from the website form. Rick has arrived on time, quickly identified the issue and had necessary parts in his vehicle we provided the description of problem and serial number of machine beforehand. The repair was done efficiently and the price was fair. Will definitely be using this service again in case of any issues with appliances in the future.

Rick was amazing, I had a stove burner that was not turning on and he came and fixed it. He quoted me through the phone, knew exactly what he was doing, super knowledgeable, great communication, will definitely deal with again. Prices were reasonable and service was amazing. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much!

Rick was receptive to my initial email - responded quickly, ordered a part we needed and contacted me as soon as it arrived, scheduled a visit, showed up on time and finished quickly. He was super professional and courteous and workmanship is top shelf. Will be my guy moving forward!

When our washing machine stopped draining, I suspected the pump had gone... after a few YouTube searches I figured I could change it myself. But, then I decided to call in a pro - I really had no idea who to call as we've never had an appliance issue. I came across Stampede and am so happy I did. Rick answered the phone himself and was at my door within 2 hours. He's the owner of the company and operates by himself. I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience. He was prepared, tidy, professional, and honest. He did a job that would have taken me 2+ hrs in 30 minutes. And the cost was extremely fair. He then took the time to fix an issue I was having with my fridge - again, something I had planned to do myself. After he explained the root cause of the issue, instead of the symptom I was trying to fix, he fix it promptly and correctly. I wouldn't have based on my Google searches. Again, the price was extremely fair. Hoping I never have another appliance issue, but if I do, I'll be calling Rick at Stampede Appliances.

The technician was very professional and helpful in showing and explaining to us what was wrong and how he was repairing our fridge. This is second time using Stampede Appliances and very satisfied again!

You guys cancelled my appointment an hour before the tech showed. Wife took the day off work. Very disappointed and will not call back or recommend. Goofs.
