I received a telephone from Dr. Alleva's office regarding a recent illness that I saw the doctor for. I called the office back on hold literally 30 mins. I finally spoke with the operator who checked with the doctor and I was told Ir would get a call back in 10 minutes. It is now 3 hours later and no call back. I called again and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I left a VM message. I realize the practice is busy, but something has to be done about this. I do use their portal as they suggest no information was left there either.
