History of Mining, Smelting and communities of the western Silver Valley at the old Bunker Hill Staff House
The Shoshone County Mining & Smelting Museum is housed in the 1906 residence of early Bunker Hill manager & president Stanley Easton. The home later became a residence for guests & newly hired staff; as well as hosting many company & community social events. Since 1986 it has been home to the museum preserving and displaying artifacts of local history.
