twice in the last week made purchases and was not given the 2 lotto tickets i bought. had to walk back to get them .. staff should never be like this

The staff is really ill trained. I asked the staff if there is ice packs I could buy. He told me there isn't any and asked him why the gas price was higher and told me rudely if I did not like shell gas prices then to go somewhere else.

You know it's just common courtesy to turn your sign off if your out of gas. Ran the RV through here to two different pumps, no staff came out to inform us.

Was an employee here. Worst management ever no fixed schedules no discipline whatsoever. Manager doesn't care and only seems to care when he knows the mystery shopper is coming. Paychecks were late pretty often and employees not treated with respect.

Excellent gas station close to the university and Foothills Medical Center. The coffee is surprisingly good and the service is very good. The staff are friendly and everything seems to be in good order.

Came at 2am and 6am and the staff were SO friendly it made my all-nighter much more enjoyable. Service was super prompt and everything was tasty.
