Well I have not been since the new owner took over for everything suffered after his taking over. Now the old staff are coming back so I came to see how everything is. The service is great and quick again. The restaurant is clean. THE FOOD tastes great again and proper portions as well as fresh ingredients. I say this is the stackers everyone remembers it being. Glad whatever changed happened because this is a great place to eat again with friends and family. Check it out you will be happy you did
Always fast and friendly service , and delicious food we eat here … more often then I should probably admit Vegetarian options: I’m unsure of the available options but they seem to have a fair amount of diet restriction choices Kid-friendliness: Colouring sheets and family friendly atmosphere Parking: Good amount of close parking Dietary restrictions: Seems like They have options for everyone, I have a friend who with celiac restrictions and she always gets a great selection of breakfast items :
French fries were dry even with ketchup and I hate ketchup! Had a Western Sandwich and it was sour tasting. I told the waitress to take it back and I don't want anything else. I had 3 bites and they charged me for the meal. I will never go there again....they just don't care about the customer.
Didn't actually eat. When we arrived there were ,3 tables empty & 2 parties ahead of us. After 5 minutes one of the parties ahead of us left. In the next 15 minutes at least 4 parties finished their meals and left. All this time staff totally ignored the people waiting to be seated. After 20 minutes we abandoned the line and left for Tim Hortons
As one of the very few breakfast places around town, I was severely disappointed. Server was inattentive although we were one of 3 customers in the restaurant. Pancakes were mealy and crumbly leaving a pasty taste in our mouths, and everything was sticky and grimy. We couldn't drink the water as the glasses had a white film and strange taste/odour. Coffee was decent. The Ketchup, syrup, and washroom door handles and walls were grim with stickiness. Scrambled eggs and home fries were edible, nothing to write about. Portions were large . Decor outdated which isn't an issue but... Too bad.
My go to breakfast spot. This place has tasty food, great portion sizes, and awesome presentation! It's not a wonder why this place is so busy. If you're looking for an awesome breakfast place, check Stackers out.
Great place to go if you want to enjoy a nice home cooked meal with family or friends I would definitely recommend going and che king it out for yourselves
Not to busy, prompt service. Blueberry Supreme waffle did not have fresh blueberries, looked like pie filling, but strawberry waffle had freshed slices.Food: 4/5

We were visiting from out of town and wanted to support a local place. We waited several minutes in a cramped entrance way, squishing together to let people exit, before anyone acknowledged us and directed the two of us to a table. They were quick with coffee and refills and taking our order. But then we waited 45 minutes for our eggs with bacon and a pancake. After about 30 minutes we asked to check on our order and were told there was a large table in the other room so everything was taking longer. The owner came over to apologize but just said it’s hard to get staff. They appeared to have enough wait staff so she must have meant the kitchen staff. The large table was only nine people and there were many empty tables at the time. The food was average and the syrup not real maple extra $2.99 for the real thing. I’m sorry to say that we won’t be back.
