Amazing place to be! I joined the gym in March 2013 and it has been life changing! I have never been part of a gym before....a friend of mine told me to check out Stability. I walked in the door and have never looked back! I cannot believe how far I have come, I am doing things I never thought I could do. The personal training is just awesome here and all of the classes are so much fun. My life was sitting on the couch and eating potato chips to working out 6 days a week and it is because of the staff and members here at Stability. The support, encouragement and push to be better is just so nice to have and helps you so much! That is what this place is about and they care! They want to see you hit your goals and help you be a better you! I cannot stand it if I have to miss a day at the gym. I love to be here! I would recommend everyone to get a membership here! Not only have I changed myself health wise, I have also made so many friends here! I am so thankful for all of the opportunities that Stability has given me! Thanks guys!

The staff at stability is amazing. I had fallen off track with my workouts and decided I needed to get back into it, So I had joined this gym. The trainers at this gym were amazing and so helpful and helping me to get back on track again. Also, the variety of classes they offer are just amazing and provide a great workout along with a lot of fun. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get into a great gym atmosphere.

Joined the Gym to get back in shape as a current Planet Fitness member (19.99 month). I figured with the personal training package at 49.99 a month and 24hr access It would be worth it. In all fairness I've only met 75% of the staff, but as a 40yr old adult who has worked at a gym in the past and in Corporate America... Customer Service is terrible. I now understand the draw of Planet Fitness "Judgment Free Zone" The whole reason I joined the gym was to get on a program that would give me positive results, because I was scared to go to fast and get injured. With that environment I was seriously injured in a week and out for two weeks. The irony by the only trainer I felt showed excellent customer service. So I had to clear out my locker and back to Planet Fitness to get back to my old program in a "Judgement Free Zone" where I get a greeting by the staff or a smile at least, instead of a look like.. "Why is this out of shape person here?" If you are out of shape, not a collage student, you might want to think about this one. I was tempted to have a conversation with the owner, but he never even acknowledge his new member in his small gym. I'm writing this after having a conversation with my roommate who said "You have to join another gym to get in better shape to join that one!" For 50 dollars a month and the 90+ dollars I was eager to fork over for extra personal training sessions... Customer Service in a bad economy should be any businesses number 1 focus.
