I saw Stéphane this week and he was fantastic. I had a deep tissue massage. He really relieved all the tension I was holding in my body. He is also very kind and has a good sense of humour. This was my first professional massage and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I felt so amazing and loose after my massage. So relaxed. He was very attentive to my needs and listened to my body language very well while giving the massage, asking if I’d like more or less pressure, what areas I needed him to focus on, etc. I will definitely see him again in the near future!
Stephan is very welcoming and professional. He is an amazing massage therapist, extremely talented and thorough. I had some muscle tension in my neck and back area . In just one session it’s completely gone. This never happened to me before with other massage therapist. I am highly impressed. I highly recommend him. Thank you
Stéphane's ability to blend two areas of expertise allows him to create a unique experience of massage that is kinetic and dynamic; allowing for an effective but not overbearing pressure. Stéphane is also good at directing you in order to ensure you can benefit most from the massage - he will not shy away from reminding or guiding you to perform the right idle actions to help yourself during the service. Communicate your needs and listen to his guidance and you will be well on your way to effective healing

Stephane is one of the most gifted massage therapists I have ever had the honor to work with. I was visiting Montreal for a month and was experiencing some very difficult, and very different problems. First was a muscle/skeletal issue that started in my feet but by that time was affecting both legs and my back. He worked so intelligently and precisely and relieved me of pain that I had been dealing with for several weeks. I was also dealing with some chronic gastric issues and on my second visit, he addressed those to great effect. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire body and works beyond a singular focus on tight muscles. I recommend him highly and hope to see him again myself when I am back in Montreal.
I've been going to Stéphane for almost six months now, and will keep seeing him as long as I'm in Montreal! He is very engaged and attentive and always finds my sore spots before I even mention them. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of massage he provides, and he's a joy to talk with too!
Stéphane is really great! Every time after I leave an appointment I feel less muscle tension and my heart rate is lower. He is very nice and welcoming and his studio is the best place to relax and let all of the stress from your day float away.
