Never felt heard or listened too. Not taken seriously.  Felt like they thought i was just looking for workers compensation. Felt railroaded and spoken over. Waste of my time.

It’s very frustrating to come to an appointment and have to still wait over an hour to be seen, what is the purpose of having an appointment? If a paciente cancels an appointment the same day we are penalized with a fee, if a patient is late they will lose the appointment but if a doctor makes the patient wait for over an hour is ok. It seems that the doctors at this fracture clinic have no consideration for a person’s time and don’t bother to think that we work and have personal lives to attend and depend on appointments. Should of chosen a better hospital.

Good service , and fast .
