First off you have to go in to order because they don’t answer the phone. When you do get there you get attitude from the person who takes your order for takeout, despite wanting to be reoccurring customers. The 10 Piece combo comes with 9 pieces instead, not even one whole potato and no dill sauce on any of the orders. Also ordered wings and they came boneless. Would rather drive an hour and a half to get wings elsewhere just to avoid that experience….
$17 for 2 1/2 chicken tenders and handful of leftover fries, it's a joke was upset untill I saw someone else's plate just as pathetic
What an awful experience. We invited our friends from Barrie for dinner at this establishment. 15 minute's after we ordered the waitress came back told my girlfriend they had no soup of the day. She just kept her salad order. 45 minute's later our food came. No dressing on burger, cold foodas it definitely sat a bit but the waitress who brought the food wasn't our waitress. She and my friend had words over the food. The minute she called her sweetie after arguing with my friend the paying customer our husbands left. We didn't want the food wrapped up, we wanted good food and service. NEVER will we return. Our husband's were livid. This was my first time in my life we've paid a drink bill and left food. This was the second time at st Louis in Wasaga. I will definitely spread the word on our terrible experience. My friend I have NEVER seen shake like that after a waitress arguing to customers
Service was slow, it took over 45 minutes to get beer battered fish with fries. When the food did finally come, it tasted quit bad, and the portions were very small. In addition, the side of coleslaw seemed very old. The waitresses had poor communication skills and did not talk to us much at all until we had to pay, we were never asked how the food was and if we needed anything throughout our meal. One of the waitresses acted very unprofessional blatantly flirting with a customer for majority of the time which leads me to believe that is why we were forgotten. We were visiting Wasaga Beach, and thought this looked like a nice place to go, but after going there I wouldn't reccomend this to other people visiting the area. I'm not sure if this is a common thing but I do see a significant amount of similar negative reviews.
The staff were super friendly. The food was excellent. My friend and I had a great visit and we'll return again for sure. The servers were personable and funny. We had a very nice time.Food: 5/5
The food is average: their speciality wings were okay, nothing special. The fried cauliflower was disappointing. The fries were surprisingly good, and the cider sangria was nice as well. There were only 2 waitresses, and they forgot I existed for 20 minutes before one of them took my order. Waited a long time for food odd considering the place was rather empty, and even getting the bill took over 10 minutes. At the end it's an okay place but expect to spend a long time in here.
Been there twice, brand new place and business is booming. Expect some delays when busy. Menu has a good assortment at very reasonable prices. Pleasant staff and the owner comes around a few times to say he is, sometimes twice because he forgets lol! Walk out patio, plenty of tables. Thanks for opening in the west side! We'll be back again for sure!
RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OLD WAITRESS WHO WONT GIVE YOU A SIT ALTHOUGH THE RESTAURANT IS EMPTY. The old waitress made us leave the restaurant before we even got it. She deserves %0.00 tip and she’s lucky she has a job!!!! She should be fired immediately. Terrible experience all around.
Stopped in for a late lunch after an event close by. We were not a small group, the orders were taken efficiently, food showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Despite not having a full selection of menu items and being short staffed everything was acceptable. I believe it was the GM looking after our group. They were friendly, and made the whole meal enjoyable. Thanks for your help and honesty. Much better than Taylor across the street
The service here was not good. We were delivered our food and left there to ask for the bills. The deep fried pickles were delivered too hot, so I let them sit for a few minutes. Even so, I burnt my lip with the oil and now have a blister. Additionally, the food was not good at all. Not that anyone was there to ask how the food was after the delivery to our table. When the servers were told that I did not like my food they took off $3, although only about 15% of the food was eaten, just what I had tried. I will never return.
