Food was top notch and the server was very polite, best customer service. That branch is the best so far!
Yesterday passing through from Toronto, I stopped in for lunch and the blonde girl working the floor was absolutely one of the nicest most knowledgeable servers I have experienced to date. I came with my daughter big stroller and she did nothing but accommodate us from the start ! Very kind and pleasant and because of her I’ll definitely return !

I found a lot of gristle within my pulled pork, so never doing that again. The wings that were ordered only had sauce on one half. The Calamari wuz very thinly sliced and there wuz more tentacles than the actual calamari slices.
Everything was great food and drinks but the main manager of the restaurant came out and yelled at a non verbal disabled person for being upset and hungry and being non verbal they had no other way to express this other then shouting. They ordered before a family of four and a couple, other staff was shocked and didnt agree with the way he treated this person. Disabled people are people and deserve respect.
Not a good place to go on Friday evening for dinner. This is a bar, period. Ordered wings, no plate for the bones, no extra napkins, no wet wipes for the hands. The "server" took our order but someone else delivered the food. She did ask us twice how things were as she went whizzing by, but unfortunately she was gone before we could answer. The person who served our meal said it was the waitress' fault and we mentioned she served our meal. She said she wasn't a waitress, she was the hostess which is weird because when we walked in we were told to sit wherever we wanted. So, no "hostess" is necessary. When we told the order taker how we felt, she went and dropped a handful of wet wipes on the table and told us to take as many as we wanted and then walked away. Maybe she was miffed because I paid with debit and she didn't know I was going to leave a separate cash tip against my husband's advice. Terrible experience and not a nice thing to go through at the end of a long week. On top of that, the wings were overcooked and tasteless.
If you want a mind blowing day/night of action packed game time fun St. Louis is the place to go! I personally love their wings and when I found out they do the kids thing I didn't want to wipe my smile off my face! I did notice the staff is generally very attentive to the public eye inside and outside the St. Louis environment. Especially when checking to know your satisfaction is up to par. Thank you!
