To keep this as short as possible, I brought my dog in for sores on her legs in April. Dre. Catellier failed to do a physical exam or even look at my dog. She misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong treatment which caused more pain than necessary.nThen I was dealing with Dre. Mungioli who seemed more dedicated. We tried multiple rounds of medications and tests. $1620 later, we had zero improvements. I was told she would call a dermatology specialist at ste hyacinthe and would call me back the following week. That was June 4. I never received a call back, I called to close my file on July 17. After my dog being in a cone for over 3 months, and having no word from the vet in over a month for their treatment plan.nWhile waiting to hear back from the vet for a treatment plan, I sought out advice from my dogs internal specialist who we see for a separate issue who was able to treat the issue for $261 with laser treatments, which I was told is the best treatment for lick granulomas, which is what she had.nI reached out to the clinic manager which the receptionist I spoke to when closing my file suggested I do as I felt like my dog had prolonged suffering due to either due to an inexperience of their staff or that I was taken advantage of financially. I’d already spoken to Cindy clinic manager after the issue with Dre. Catellier where I received a partial credit for the exam the exam which was never done and the medication that was more harmful than beneficial.nI sent that email July 17, and I have not been given a response or acknowledgement of receipt of said email.nI would not trust this clinic. Obviously there are severe communication issues and a lack of respect for their clientele’s time and finances.nnADD: It should also be noted that when I requested my file be sent to me, it took 5 days for them to send it. And notes were added saying they discussed things with me that I had complained about never being told to me and that laser treatments were discussed with me. These things were never discussed with me EVER but I guess covering their back is more important than actual patient care. So disappointed with everything to do with this vet and the care I received.

5/5 is not a high enough rating for this Veterinarian facility. The staff starting from when you walk in to when you leave were SO good, friendly, gentle and extremely efficient.nI fell on them only because of the proximity on Google maps to my place but I would travel hours if needed to have them as our vet. I’m am so happy and in awe.
