St. Lawrence Surgery

No problems with them. Answering phones quickly and friendly. Getting doctors appointment no probem. Been here for a few month's. My other surgery in kent you lucky to see a doctor phoning the surgery up can take about 45 minutes then you lucky.

Efficient and friendly surgery. They have a useful online consultation system to begin enquiries and always respond fast. They also have a pharmacy on site which is helpful!

FRUSTRATING , moved here 1st August needed hospital follow up appointment after operation for cancer, i had in June, rang to find out if my referral had been made was told it hadn't been done and that it was the hospitals fault for not passing my details on ,& that the Dr/GP would get on to it, rang 10 days later only to be told we can't refer you ,the hospital that i had my treatment at has to do the referral to my now local hospital, Rang the hospital only to be told your new GP has to do the referral . THIS STILL HASN'T BEEN SORTED the lack of the right communication and the wrong information given is high ,at the end of the day we are just numbers and targets . To say my anxiety is high at the moment is a understatement

Rude receptionist that treated me badly. I had called ahead to get my covid pass application. Due to moving. The receptionist sent me to the back of the Q twice for not having information. That, they hadn’t told me I needed and the second time because patients came first ! I am a patient here and she served the next lady who just wanted information about an email. There is no need to be rude and certainly not to dismiss people

Twice i called for an appointment but sadly my 2 years old son is not ill enough to be seen by a doctor.

Have been a patient at st Lawrence for 15 years with a gap of 2 years when we moved out the area. They are a great surgery. They have picked up on several ailments that other dr surgery missed or didnt care about. The receptionist is helpful and friendly as are all the back office staff and doctors.

I joined the surgery last year and i have to say the whole team at the surgery are wonderful, the receptionists are helpful and patient, and the doctors always take time to either phone you or see you if needed. I wanted to say i couldn't feel more looked after, thank you all, very appreciated.

Very quiet and clean most effiencient with good receptionist and no waiting times

Been a patient here for a number of years now and honestly this one superb practice, I am so lucky that my family can access this surgery. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the receptionists manage the appointments extremely well under what I can imagine are difficult austerity time’s. I have never been left wanting for an appointment when me or my family needed one.

I've never been seen at this surgery before and can honestly say I will never go there again. I spent no more than 3/4 minutes with a doctor, who continuely talked over me and didn't let me explain my history with similar problems. I wasn't given the chance to talk as she kept cutting me off and it seemed like she wanted me out of the room ASAP!! I walked away feeling really upset and angry. I appreciate the Covid-19 situation, but there are people with other issues that don't seem to get a look in. Very disappointed. I shall now try to make another appointment with my regular surgery.
