St. Lawrence County DMV Office

The place was being run by a group with no respect. I got in the door asking the clerk her name after I gave her mine. She slams the door hitting my face and calls the police. I would like to know how I file a complaint.

This place usually has long lines to wait in and the staff isn't very friendly.

Absolutely terrible costumer service. Asked if my ID could be returned with a “Void” stamp so I’d still have a photo Id until my new one showed up and Immediately received a terrible attitude and I quote “do you want the Albany number “ when I repeated my request. Normally go to canton and went here because I was in town. Let’s just say I learned my lesson

Sooner or later this place isn't going to even be able to open. They now close at 4pm on a Friday! Just another reason to not be legal. And I love how they have 4 windows and I have never seen them use more the 2 sometimes only 1. I'm sure they have excuses of doing paper work or whatever but sorry I don't believe it. It's not hard to figure out but everything is on the computer and they put all your info in right in front of you!

Terrible. No one explains anything and there's always a problem with whatever you have to do there. .. Good luck avoiding this dump though.

We crafted a long and detailed review earlier tonight and it was lost before we could post it. It suffices to say we were disrespected at this office on more than one occasion in this past year . Regional management needed to retrain most of the counter attendants here who have lost their proper focus on excellent customer satisfaction experiences , if they did ever have them . I just wish I could have shared our first post on this matter with the public , a lot of thought and time was spent on it . The lost , first attempted post likened our Massena DMV experiences to " The bad old days of Suffolk County DMV - 30 years ago " where it was commonplace to hear levid customers react to crass/impersonal counter personal treatment . Happily over time with enhanced training on RADICALLY IMPROVED customer service techniques administered by outraged supervisors the problems went away and hadn't returned there all these recent years , the community certainly deserved that. Yesterday DMV management centers in Albany , Canton and Malone were made aware of our shabby treatment . We are sure they will address these concerns with the same focus and intensity of 30 years earlier in a county far , far away . This North Country Region of New York State is FILLED with great people and great public servants whom we have had the privilege of meeting and now know as our wonderful neighbors in the past few years , we couldn't be happier with the new area we call HOME ! Hopefully these misguided individuals will embrace the effort in retraining which will make them better overall people and up to the task and privilege of serving the great people who reside herein . We have already decided to do our DMV business in other regional centers , where after discussing these issues with them , recognize we will be treated with the same respect we came to expect in their Suffolk County Counterparts .

Last time I was here,I had to make a appointment online. I have not been back since. I would rather walk in. Good people, good service.

Went good. The young lady that helped me was very polite and helpful. She did a great job.

Great customer service - refreshing. The ladies at the Massena, New York DMV were very helpful and courteous.

Rude as always. These women are too lazy to do their job and get upset when you ask them to. Disgusting attitudes from them and they need someone to manage them or replace them.
