I went there for a cut. The staff was super nice. However, when I came back at my home, I saw that the cut is not right and they forgot to cut me the front hair I have two long locks…. I need going back to the hairdresser…

There are hair stylists, and there's José... he’s a true master; He is such a seasoned hair stylist who knows what he is doing without hesitation. A true artist, and a genuinely wonderful human being. He cuts my best friend’s hair too, and I swear I can watch him for hours make magic happen. Customer service is top notch here and I look forward to going back every time. Thanks José! I missed you all this quarantine!!!! Thank you for making me feel safe, with all the required measures during this season. P.S I’m in LOVE with my new haircut!!!

Wasn't sure of the place by reading the comments but wanted to try since the prices were so interesting. There seemed to have been renovations not long ago and the building white basement, open space looks brand new. The place was very clean and I felt welcomed upon my arrival morning appointment. The haircut took 1h overall. Gou get to see the teaching process a bit with the back and forth and the comments of Chantale, the supervisor, who is really nice. With taxes, it was $15 before tip as announced, no trick. I enjoyed my experience and would give a chance again to other students there in the future!

Horrible experience with school Hairdresser Chantal, I just entered saying hi to her, she didn’t even reply with yellow mean face, I try to book an appointment she kicked me out from salon because last time I did the highlight with Jose not with her, this woman weird has mental problem. I was there for literally hours and not a good job. The color wasn't even I had spots of bleach that were obvious . I had already booked the appointment for a cut color and style and I went in to my appointment and the girl did the dye and then I said the cut and she said oh you should've told me I would've dyed it after and I told her when i arrived! And then it ended up costing the same price as a high end salon and not a beauty school so NO .

I just went today and it was good, the lady in charge of things was very nice and experimented. I am happy with my haircut but it could have been a bit shorter! 100% recommend though if you don't have a lot in your wallet!
