I was a 2020 bride and Stok was my OG vendor for a big wedding; when the pandemic hit I let them know we would be postponing and they were super understanding. 2 WHOLE years later they honoured my COVID deposit, and were able to switch gears to an elopement. Ali and the team were a dream to work with and made the process a ton of fun. It speaks greatly to your integrity as a business that you guys remembered me and honoured the deposit, and I'm so happy to have found y'all. We worked with Stok Florest on our wedding day. Our dinner was at Planta Yorkville and they put us in touch with Stok. I gave very little direction as to what I wanted white and simple for our table center pieces. We gave then the go ahead to add their own artistic touches and vision. They did an amazing job! I did not see what I would be getting until I arrived at the restaurant. The flower arrangements were beautiful! We were very pleased. I would highly recommend Stok Florest, they were very easy and pleasant to work with!

I contacted Stok Floral & Design from Vancouver when my goddaughter was in the hospital wanting to send her some cheerful florals. I spoke with Ali and was immediately impressed by her professionalism and kindness. She went above and beyond in her level of customer service and communication - emailing me and calling me about the delivery and even sending photos of the arrangement she made up! She let me know she included some of her favourite flowers called Mimosas and they are absolutely stunning. My goddaughter was blown away and immediately sent me a photo of the arrangement she received herself. I am so pleased to recommend Stok and Ali because of her talent and customer service. I’ve shopped a few times at Stok Floral & Design and every time I’ve been greeted by helpful and knowledgeable staff. Most recently I purchased a birthday gift and with my limited budget under $30 easily found a cute plant with decorative pot. Stok offers a selection of plants that fits any budget and is a great find in the St Lawrence market area!

I had such an incredible experience working with Ali and her team arranging the flowers for my wedding day. Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing how Stok Floral & Design are. When I got engaged I continued to look for a florist who checked all of my boxes. I looked at several places and I had come across Stok Floral & Design. I find wedding flowers can extremely overpriced and tacky but when I came across their work it was exactly what we were looking for. They worked with my budget and were completely reasonable. Their aesthetic for flowers is gorgeous and I cannot said enough good things about this shop. Stok Floral & Design was PERFECT. When I first met with Ali before COVID she was extremely sweet and showed the upmost professionalism I have ever seen. When I had to post pone my wedding. Ali and her team reached out to me frequently to check in. Ali made sure she reserved my new date immediately and continued to check in with me around the look for my wedding flowers. Ali as well as Nina would get back to me quickly whenever I had any questions. Before my wedding Ali had set up a date so I could get an idea of what my centre pieces and flowers would look like. When Ali showed me the sample - my partner and I were completely in love with her talent and trusted her team completely. I had sent Ali a couple photos and she pulled together the most BEAUTIFUL arrangements I have ever seen. On the day of my wedding Ali and her team came to out venue to set up and when I received my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and centre pieces I was completely blown away. The amount of work her team put in to set up the flowers and come up with the most stunning arrangements was amazing. If you are a bride it is normal to feel stressed about how it will look but if you have Ali and her team you have NOTHING to worry about. The amount of compliments I kept receiving that night on our flowers was endless and I could not be more happy when how beautiful they have turned out. If you are considering Stok Floral & Design - just do it! You won’t be disappointed.

I bought my first snake plant from Stok Floral & Design and the owner provided recommendations based on my experience as I lack a green thumb. The instructions were clear and easy to follow - now it is double the size! The owner and team couldn't have made a better recommendation. I cannot wait for my next purchase. See you all soon.
