St. Joseph’s Care Group (SJCG) is a recognized leader in Northwestern Ontario in the provision of Rehabilitative Care & Chronic Disease Management, Seniors' Health and Addictions & Mental Health services. St. Joseph's Care Group operates on a program management model, providing client-centred services with an emphasis on interprofessional teamwork and evidence-based practice.
