This is a great place to get certified safety training! The staff are very capable, friendly and knowledgeable. The course materials are comprehensive as well as hands on. I finished the course feeling capable and well trained. My only minor complaint was the lack of vacuuming in the class room. They need to vacuum more often seeing we were utilizing the floor for training purposes.
I had an intensive one-day First Aid training with Tom as an instructor. He delivered a lot of material with practical exercises for such a short time. I heard a lot of terms before, but now they all fit into some structured protocols. The facility training room is a bit tight in space. My only suggestion to all students is to wear comfortable clothing, probably some stretchy trousers, because you will have to spend much time on your knees imitating different scenarios.
I had Joe Chan as my instructor for OFA 1 and he is fantastic! He is hilarious and knows how to keep his class engaged. Would recommend taking your course with him if possible!
Hi, I came here for my FIRST AID CERTIFICATION. The trainer SIMA really have great knowledge and expertise is the field. I very much enjoyed the session. Thanks St. John's Ambulance for giving me the chance for my certification.
John Chan was my instructor for First Aid training. He is very funny and knowledgeable. The class was very engaging!
