Worst fries I’ve ever had, from a St-Hubert, or any other place for that matter. The fries were soggy and not crisp, they tasted like fries after being heated in a microwave. Truly, horrible. Chicken was acceptable, but fries ruined the meal. I’ll be going to au coq.
Always loved the takeout from here, but holy moly was I disappointed last time. Already the wait was much longer than usual, but I can look passed that. Maybe there was an accident. Anyway, this time I decided to get the sweet potato fries in place of the regular fries. What a rip. Never again. You pay extra to get a third of what you'd get if you chose to pay less for the regular fries. Won't be doing that again.

I order there weekly from the website. Most of the time it's up to expectation. Delivery time and driver curtesy are never an issue. The only odd experience I have is when I swap the fries for poutine, the ratio of fries/cheese seems pretty random, but when I order it as a full meal It's fine. Not a big deal.
I’ve truly never experienced worse service in my life. My friend and I were not the best in French, but we were really trying. Immediately we were judged for being English. they took our order, and I asked if it was OK if they brought my soup with my meal. The waitress told me yes, no worries, then 30 seconds later brings me the soup when she literally told me I can get it with my meal, The soup was also so cold, then 15 minutes go by 20 minutes go by, 45 minutes go by, still no food, The restaurant was also empty btw. Then our waitress left and we were given a new one. The new waitress had her friends at the restaurant, the entire time she was just talking to them, when our food was actually ready she was too busy sitting down at the table with her friends to realize our food was there, The cook literally had to come out and get he, Because it was waiting there for 15 minutes. The minute she served us, she went back to sitting down with her friends at the table. We had to wait another 20 minutes to get our bill, then another 20 minutes after to pay because she was too busy talking to her friends… I will truly never go back to the St. Hubert again!!
The customer service at the drive thru wasn't good 01/17/22 ~2:20PM. The young lady kept cutting me off and I Felt rushed. I had to repeat the order several times since I hadn't got a chance to speak without getting interrupted.... It almost felt like she didn't want to be at work. To add Insult to the injury, she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Unfortunately, it only takes one employee's bad performance to run the entire experience for a customer. Subsequently the company's rating suffers despite the best effort from the other team members who may have put in their heart and soul to provide a quality service. Hopefully this feedback is helpful with any coaching opportunity to whomever this may concern.
Love it ! Our Waitresse was Jade , perfect service with us! She was kind , always making sure that we don't miss anything and mostly what a Beautiful Smile she have ! We felt warm and welcoming! So i recommend to come here and have a great meal and if you're Waitresse is Jade you will have a great time! Once again Thank You JADE !
It's expensive for the food we get, the service is very long, Probably because they don't have enough staff to serve the clientele. We had 2 kids meal they weren't able to serve ice cream and they didn't serve them the juice that was included with the meal . We both had a salad mine with chicken and I didn't have much meat in it at 15,50$ you would expect much more , anyway i think it's better to go at lunch time the menu is much cheaper.....
It was the first time I ate at a St-Hubert restaurant and I was swept off my feet. For years I always went to Au Coq or Benny and Co and had trouble detaching from said establishments. The moment I walked into the St-Hubert Terrbonne resturant, I felt at home. I was treated so well from the hostest and then getting a better introduction by the delicious food! I even had the chance to chat quickly with the manager , and it solidified my next visit. Great ambiance, great food and good time! You can't ask for more :
