Would've given 5 stars for service, however, since I was flying solo, just myself the hostess kept bringing larger parties around me and she seemed to totally ignore me like I was invisible!!! After about almost 10 minutes of this nonsense I proceeded to the bar and seated myself, then immediately I was approached by a very attractive madammoisel, since my French is not as fluent as I want it to be ,she took my order in English and she was a pleasure to deal with, the food came promptly and was very good, which made up for the discourtesy upon arrival. I frequently dine here when I'm up in Quebec, I highly recommend it, the servers are eye candy after a long drive, if you can get seated! Vegetarian options: I am pretty sure that I noticed some unique vegetarian dishes. Kid-friendliness: They had this floor mat at the entrance to the dining room before being seated, there were lines on it with footprints on each end of it,and I observed the children jumping across the mat seeing who could jump the father distance, I even tried it myself for entertainment!
We just had a good time at St-Hubert. The food was delicious and very filling. Our waiter Leo was PERFECT. Good sens of costumer service and adaptability. Can't wait to go back. Parking: The parking gives easy access to the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Aisles are wide enough to ease to passage of wheelchairs.
Great service and delicious foodwe were three and the waitress was very helpful when it came to recommendations and answered our questions.
Food is very good, but orders are not always right. Salads should have been made the same As you can see in the picture one is smaller ,but paid the same price for each one. I don't think I'll be going back there.
Staff was friendly, I had the fried chicken that is the current special and it was just okay. Fried a little too long.
Very terrible experience. I had an over 2 hour wait and it was clear the food had been sitting there for 45+ minutes before delivery. The meals were cold, the bacon in the cesar salad was so burnt it was inedible. The club sandwich I ordered had clearly been sitting there a while. To top it off, the portion of fries were so small compared to the usual. I get that this evening was busy but there is no excuse for letting someones food sit there forever before delivery. You are supposed to time it so everyones food is fresh. Who ever was responsible for the restaurant this evening Jan 2nd did a terrible job. Im going to be requesting a refund, utterly disappointed.
Always terribly slow! If you don't have a lot of time ahead of you consider another dining option I have been living around this particular St-Hubert for 10 years now and I am surprised by my capacity to forget and return every year or two despite them consistently driving me crazy by how slow they are ... At all levels take out drive through dine in ... The quality otherwise it's very good and the place is beautiful.
I am wondering how a restaurant like St.-Hubert could ask for a tip even before getting your food, don't you tip after the service and dependent on the quality of the food , so you spend your gas money to get the restaurant and then you feel guilty if you do not subsidize the poor employees who are polite, hardworking and kind. I think that the staff should receive better wages from the Restaurant so they aren't asking drive-thru's for money that their employers are not giving them. Makes the owners of the restaurant seem like they are not paying their employees which they probably aren't since they are asking for a subsidization. Covid or no Covid, not an excuse; I don't think they are receiving any more or less money since Covid. It's not the few dollars for the tip that is really important it's the principle of a tip before even receiving the food and the fact that it shows how little St.-Hubert is paying their employees.....
Terrible service. I ordered my meal with a coke zero at 7:30 pm, or so I thought it seems that my coke was removed from my order on checkout. I called St-Hubert to have it added on moments after ordering and was told it was their mistake and they would send me it for free with my meal. Fast forward 30 minutes 8:00 pm, I receive my meal and no drink. I called the St-Hubert again and they said they would send someone over and they're very sorry. I waited another 30 minutes 8:30 pm and then called again and was told from a lady she would look into this and placed me on hold for 15 minutes 8:45 pm and was told I would receive my coke in 30 minutes so at 9:15 pm, which is now 15 minutes past closed. Low and behold nothing has shown up. Terrible service, I'm only here for a few days for business, and I will say the food was tasty though. Their service is definitely not their strong suit. Bear in mind I offered to even pay for this drink. Update as of 9:26 pm: I received a coke. After confirming it was a coke zero on the phone several times, I got a regular and an hour and a half late. I'm just surprised anything came at all.
Supper Dry, the legs fall a parts as soon I open the bag. It mean they cooked it long time and left it at warm machine for so long. I understand they need to do that to keep up with orders. But honestly ill not go back again. I order online for them to take time to cook it but its same if u drive throw pick up or online. All your chickens already cooked hours ago and left at warm machine. Will not go again, it was my second time, I experience dry chickens. Not worth what you pay. I will not even eat it for free.
