Food is decent, my kid loves the ribs but definitely plan on waiting for a very long while, I'm talking 30-40 mins for ribs and fries. Every single time here has been slowwwwww. Always friendly service and hot food, just very slow.
I’ve been coming here for quite some time but today is the last time, regardless of how much my daughter loves the poutine. I practically come here always for the same thing, poutine and mozza sticks. Today I ordered and paid online while I was 30 minutes away, to avoid wait time. I got here 10 minutes past my time, and guess what…they could not find my receipt and my food is not ready. Been here 15 minutes, enough said!!
We go on a Saturday night ..we were told they put the hockey game on the tv...we ask the hostess. She says yes. The game will be on ...after 7:15 pm .we ask politely our waiter. He says only my boss can change the channels ..she's too busy... Bad costumer service ...then. We wait at least 40 min for our plates. Soon we asked them to box our suppers to go ..so we can go watch hockey at home ... We get home. Almost no fries. No sauce for fries. ..very disappointing Saturday night ..and it was very cold in the restaurant .. never going to this restaurant again sooo don't go watch the hockey. It's not on!!!!!
Where do i start, this is the 2nd time i order st hubert and i get food poisoning. I ate nothing but the chicken and frys, the order came quick but the chicken was dry and looked like it was left under the heat lamp all day. This is why i got food poisoning. Toss chicken that hasnt been sold and left under the heatlamp for hours. Never ordering again and i used to order often. Kitchen manager is not doing their job
We just moved to Chateauguy town and the best "Welcome to Chateauguy" Customer Care Service we received thus far has been from Juliette at St-Hubert restaurant. She was welcoming, pleasant and professional. We all enjoyed our food and most of all at the end of her service she surprised the kids with free ice cream!!! Therefore, I am posting to say thank you for your kindness towards my children
Very disappointed!had reservations for 6 and we did not get served all at once, some of the group got served an hour and other half an hour later and some was served at 8:15. Some of our meal was missing ingredients, we reported it and was told ran out. Some of the order we never got. My steak was overcook but got it late so ate it. Service was not great. Don’t recommend.

Sadly, St-Hubert closes at 9pm, except Friday's at 9:30... Unless of course it was this Friday, at 9:10 no take out, no drive through... ughhh. This is not the first time I am disappointed by you, but I guarantee, it is the last time.
Good is good, but prices have really gone up since the pandemic. $25 for a sandwich... Service was professional.Food: 3/5
