We were trying to order ahead of time for our take-out but there seemed to be some technical issues as we were told we couldn't do it. However, we were able to order right at the restaurant and did receive our order within a reasonable time frame. Food was okay, not the best St-Hubert dishes we have ever had. The restaurant looks very modern and spacious. Will visit again to see if the food improves. Parking: Lots of parking space
My double chicken was hot. The fries meh. We found the least dirty table to sit at. Daughters chicken burger took 20 minutes and was not very good. Left food. We never leave food. Staff did not seem to be into their customer service. It is unfortunate as we like St Hubert.
Our last few visits here, we commented to each other that it was going downhill…today was something else! We dined in because every time we get takeout, there is a mistake with our order. Frankly, this dining room should have been closed today. Every table was dirty, there was food and trash all over the floor, and the tray station was a mess. The one big garbage can was overflowing. The washroom was as dirty as the dining room. Our relatively simple food order took 25 minutes to be ready, and the number of mistakes in it was actually laughable…wrong sandwich, wrong kids drinks, wrong side dish, wrong dessert… There was plenty of staff but everyone seemed lost and there was lots of yelling. This is clearly a disorganized team! I do have to say, the staff wasn’t rude, they just seemed to lack direction and they need to be more attentive. For the price you pay here, they need to do a lot better!
Pretty decent burgers. Not so greasy and that’s perfectly fine for me. This branch is quite spacious. Perfect for family or friends hangout. Kids friendly. Service was fast. Good portion. Fresh food. The poutine was a bit salty for my taste. Coleslaw was average. But the burger buns are crisp and soft.
Any business should know that, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Having said that, as I approach to order, your employee was on their phone and did not acknowledge me. After placing order and turn around to get the drinks the area where you get your ketchup and sauce was a complete mess. Fruit flies everywhere. As I poured the ketchup , fruits flies came out of the dispenser. Attach are a couple of pictures of the mess. Also, dust everywhere. The counter was uncleaned and messy and nothing stocked up. No manager on site, a team leader said it would be cleaned , spent about 30 minutes to sit down amd eat and I left the area was still the same. My wife lost her appetite after seeing how uncleaned ,don't think we will return here. Extremely disappointing. Cleanliness is a must. No excuses.
Expensive cold fries/burger, the fries were disgusting, not as bad a burger king fries but still really bad. The chicken piece was a good size but the burger bun was small and seemingly the only topping was classic coleslaw and they add another helping of coleslaw on the side but at-least they let you choose the style of coleslaw. Its coleslaw overload. Spent over $20. I only Went so i could use a 4Cheese sticks coupon... BIG MISTAKE! Threw out the rest of my St-Hubert Coupons its not worth it going there again. I can not trust your business to fire the lazy screw-ups working in the back so im never coming back. The seating was horrible and i could feel the grown man behind me rocking back and forth like a hyperactive child. It does not at all surprise me that when i went there the only cars in the parking lot i could see were people who worked there and a diplomatCar with Diplomat plates Near the Airport. DO BETTER ST-HUBERT, JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN SURVIVE BY RIPPING OFF TOURISTS ALL DAY DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE GO AHEAD AND RIP OFF LOCALS! Posted Pic of Receipt.
A place full of noise,and cold food, and Caesar salad did not have enough dressing, and the lettuce in the salad was spoiled ,and A hot place full of mosquitoes. I don’t want to come to this location anymore It was the first and last time I was there.
First off let me state that I’m not one to normally write reviews, but when I’ve ordered from this restaurant probably 6-10 times shame on me now and every time i’ve received my order there is always something missing. I know I should have learned after the first couple times, but I like to give people the benefit of a doubt. I’m writing this as I’m standing inside the restaurant now cause I figured why not to pick up so I can make sure I get my full order. I show up 30 minutes after placing the order and the order hasn’t even been sent to the kitchen yet. I love St Hubert’s food, but something has to been done with the business on Riverside in Ottawa. Before someone says that it might have been a tech system problem, I couldn’t order through their website because the website wasn’t working, so I used skip the dishes, pick up. For those who use Uber eats and Skip the dishes you know the app works fine. Someone please help this business before they continue to lose customers and fail :/ Update: Got my food clubhouse and poutine sandwich wasn’t toasted, fries were cold and soggy. Last time I EVER use this restaurant!
Absolute garbage! Club had old dry chicken, under ripe tomatoes, rotten lettuce and the most embarrassing amount of bacon.
I wish I could put zero stars . They always close earlier then they should but this time was ridiculous. They are supposed to close at 9 pm . I’m here at 7:55 pm over an hour before they are supposed to close and they have blocked the drivethru with a car and locked the doors . This location is a complete joke . They are pretending not to hear us but there’s people knocking on the door . This whole staff including the manger should be fired immediately. The parent company should not allow this . See photos of the blocked drive thru . Unbelievable they did it so no one could order . Such a disgrace
