When is delivery going to come back? The thing that makes st-hubert my favorite is never leaving the house to get it Edit: last time I went there they prepped my st burger before my mixed platter so it was cold like if I refrigerated it. It was not pleasant. Plus with no more delivery to my address this place has no purpose for me anymore but thought I'd give their drive thru a try.
We were not impressed. The food was warm not hot and really not up to St. Hubert standards. We won't be returning.Food: 1/5
Delicious. Higher prices but worth it. Customer service is top notch. Food is on point. Has drive thru. Very convenient.
Yesterday I went to the place and I did online order which was take out, but when I came in I changed my mind and said the person that I will dine in and he asked my I’d n vaccination proof and I showed him and starting eating my food. But after sometime one of the long lady came in and said me that you are not suppose to eat in here as it is a take out order and I told her that I have already asked and showed my vaccination proof. He said I let you do now but u can’t do it now. Although the food was good but I didn’t even ate my food and just left the store. I highly recommend that they should change their perception and strict action for the behaviour for the lady.
Customer service was amazing, was greeted both in french and in english which is an awesome plus. The girl who took our order , Renelle, was very polite and had a happy attitude serving us, you could tell she enjoyed her job. We didn't even wait 5 minutes for our food. Food was delicious, the way they arranged the food on the plate made the food more appealing. 10/10, definitely will go back. The staffs deserves a raise, they were all happy working

Slow slow slow slow slow slow slow It is always slow ... Took 30 minutes go get my order S.L.O.W. I ordered and waited 15-20 minutes at the window to pay without anyone coming to see me. When they came to the window 15-20 minutes later they just told me sorry the frier doesn't work so it's gonna take longer. I get that this is out of your control. But they could've told me that earlier so I might of went somewhere else...
Great service every visit! Tonight one part of our meal was missed, I called and it was acknowledged right away! To make it even better they delivered it to us with a piece of cake. Thanks for working and keeping customer service priority.

Even though it is an Express, it seems to have more than a side-of-the-highway version. In that it has a better menu selection. Still no "Chicken Pot Pie", alas. The staff were very friendly and bilingual, and knew the menu. The half chicken with side Cesar was delicious. The self serve area had the pop dispenser, hot chicken dipping sauce dispenser, and more. I ate in and received real plates and utensils. Only the refillable pop cup and serviettes were disposable. Also, the washroom was pristine. Highly recommend!
